"Dr. Rakesh Pattu of New Delhi, India, conducted a trial study with Neprofin on six racehorses suffering from non-specific lameness.  The results of the study indicated that 5 of the 6 injured horses showed complete recovery, while the one horse that did not respond was later found to suffer from ligament tears that would require surgery to completely heal.

Neprofin can safely be used by any animal or pet suffering from joint pain, injuries and conditions such as arthritis.  This formula is a potent enzyme blend that not only assists with the healing process and inflammatory response, but also with the blocking of pain.  It has been clinically proven to be safe and effective for veterinary applications.

This new treatment option offers an alternative remedy for equine injuries previously treated with Phenylbutazone (Bute).  Bute has been observed to be very destructive to the liver and kidneys as well as substantially lower white blood cell counts.  Gastrointestinal problems, ulcers and internal hemorrhage are also quite common with a prolonged use of Bute."
