I had to double check this initially as it sounded too good to be true, but these online video courses really are free! (here at naturallycomplementary.com we have no affiliation/etc with NCCAM).
There are 10 courses (each about an hour or a little over) available to anyone who wishes to take/watch them.
As per NCCAM :
