The Animal Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA)  is conducting a survey designed for animal owners. This survey will help support animal chiropractic professionals in your area and worldwide.

The survey is designed to gather important information on 5-topics:

1) the purpose of your recent visit to an animal chiropractic professional,

2) your satisfaction rating for that visit,

3) the perception of animal owners of the types of reasons why animals should be adjusted by animal chiropractic professionals,

4) the types of animals treated by animal chiropractic professionals, and

5) some demographic information about the animal chiropractic professional that sees your animals.

The survey should take about 10-minutes of your time.
